APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY

This is a commitment to your tattoo and Kail.Tattoos. 

Deposits are non refundable and will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo.

For online deposits, there is a $5 service fee that does not apply to your appointment deposit. 

This booking secures the appointment, not the artwork. The deposit is for the agreed upon tattoo only. Any major changes to design or placement may result in a reschedule of the appointment as well as a price estimate change. 

You are required to have consultation/artist approval prior to booking, otherwise subject to cancellation.

No artwork will be provided in advance unless agreed upon by your artist.

Your artist reserves the right to deny service at any time for any reason.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact your artist directly 48 hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. Each client can reschedule before the 48hr period twice. Upon the third reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

A no call/no show will result in loss of deposit and will require payment in full to reschedule. Failure to arrive on time (15 minute grace period) may result in cancellation or reschedule of your appointment. 

You are required to complete the amount of time scheduled for your appointment. Please do not have any other plans for the the time of your appointment. If you come to your appointment needing to end the session early and this impacts our ability to complete the piece/your artist doesn't consent, your appointment will be canceled and no deposit will be returned.

You MUST be 18+ years of age and bring a valid physical photo ID to your appointment. This includes drivers license, state ID, passport, or military ID. This does not include paper ID, expired license, or birth certificate. Failure to do so will result in a reschedule and loss of deposit. If you book an appointment prior to your 18th birthday and require a reschedule, only one complimentary reschedule will be provided within the 90 day booking period.

Be aware that certain medications are prohibited and can not be taken around the time of receiving your tattoo. These include but are not limited to antibiotics, blood thinners, and acne medications such as Doxycycline or Accutane. If you are on any of these medications and have not properly detoxed prior to your appointment, this will result in a reschedule and loss of deposit.
